Lead Preschool Teacher
As a Lead Preschool Teacher at Little Panda, you will be the captain of your classroom, guiding young minds on their first educational adventures. We are looking for a natural leader who can inspire both children and fellow educators with a creative and nurturing approach.
$32 - $42 an hour
Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 core ECE units and an additional 6 units in Infant and Toddler Development are required. Higher compensation is available for candidates with an AA, BA, or MA in a related field, and/or a Teacher, Master Teacher, Site Supervisor, or Program Director Permit.
• At least 2 years of experience in an ECE classroom, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with children, parents, and our team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for the position.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential for our immersion environment.

Requirements:

• Design and implement a dynamic, play-based curriculum that aligns with our "potential, nurture, and plant for the future" philosophy.
• Mentor and guide assistant teachers, creating a collaborative and supportive classroom team.
• Conduct regular assessments and communicate with parents about their child's progress.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment at all times.
